Refunds

There's a free trial specifically so you can decide before you pay. If you buy and it's not for you anyway, that's fine.

The policy

Within 14 days of purchase, emailsupport@exifxplorer.com and you'll get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

How it's processed

Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases and handles the refund back to your original payment method. It usually lands within a few business days.

After a refund

Your licence key is deactivated. You're welcome to keep using the trial.
